it is stupid to talk with dalai lama now without conditions, that will result in more blackmail, more problems. the international situation starts to change now due to the the oversea Chinese pro China and Olympics activities. the west finally has to decide to side with 1.3 billion people or a few of monks. if you like to talk, consider the following conditions:
1.dalai lama to recognize that before 1959, Tibet is in slavery;
2.dissemble Tibetan exile government;
3.stop violence;
