The US State Department on its official website states that the removal of the DPRK from the list of state sponsors of terrorism and its removal from the provisions of the Trading with the Enemy Act are largely symbolic with little practical effect.
The US media are beginning to use the term DPRK disarmament rather than denuclearization. Unless your intent is unilateral disarmament of the DPRK, how can you consider this as progress?
