I hail from from across the southern most border of Southern Tibet, known to me as the Mon Pa land. The information contained in the excerpt has enlightened me greatly. The British recorded information on Tibet in my region and Indian Government"s mechanisation not letting people know of the full history has been successful in demonising China for very many years.

It"s high time to teach some Westerners lessons regarding Tibet.
