It"s easy to solve the problem of opposing China by the US body by allowing Dalai and all his followers to immigrate to USA. That is the best solution to ease the conflict between China and USA.

THE UNITED STATES DOES NOT HAVE TO INTERVINE IN ANY COUNTRY AFFAIRS. U.S. SHOULD BE MORE CONCERN IN TAKING CARE OF ITS NATION PROBLEMS. WHY SHOULD THE U.S. GET INVOLVE IN OTHER NATIONS SITUATIONS? I AM SURE THE U.S. WILL NOT ALLOW ANY NATION TO GET INVOLVE IN ITS AFFAIRS.

The Chinese government should ignore these type of domestic politically posturing. The US senate have no jurisdiction over the Chinese government. These types of harassment should not be dignified with a response.
