| Punishment for these things here in the USA is much harsher than in China. 14 seem to be on the younger side for the age of consent. |

This is a double standard! Is this the kind of law they have in the provinces? Are the police officials still virgins? How come they are so naive and stupid! No wonder violent protest is at its peak.
People"s Daily or any sane government officials to tell those police officials and Yibin Security Bureau that every person who rape or have sex with underage will always, I said always, use the alibi "he didn"t know she was underage". The gov should grant amnesty to all official for their past misdeeds , if they own up and make amends .
After granting this amnesty there should be a focus effort to make China corruption free and adopt a zero tolerance . This amnesty will loosen the control of some corrupt officials who are still in power. |
