all ministries should be written on pieces of p[apers and put in one thing,the three chief negotiators should then come up and pick a paper ,the ministry written on that paoer will be your partys allocation,that should be the case with the Provincial Governors and the depurty ministers olso.whoever does not suport this democratic process should be deemed a bad negotiator thereby elections should be called for after changing the constitution.
