Pleas keep in mind. to withstand tropic storm like this category, it would be wise for China to build a modern fishing ship fleet with a capacity of 3 to 4 tons of payload, 1000 gallons of fuel, and a velocity that can reach at least 25 knots in order to allow the ship to navigate more far away from coast and come back in a short period of time, when there is a thunderstorm approaching to the coast after finishing the task.
