| The real problem I had with the depiction of China is that somehow they are weak militarily and they have to have the US come in and save Shanghai. The Chinese military is nowhere to be seen, and this is completely unrealistic. |

| This is the huge difference between open societies and Communist China. Open societies will not censor movies shot in a city whereas in China everything must look good or it cannot be seen. Chinese want to hide the truth about everything. |

I have been living oveseas of nearly 17 years.
There is a deep in-grained anti-China and anti-Chinese sentiment in the west.
China should educate its citizens and report the outside world more truthfully.
China is not liked for two reasons:
1)Ideology; communism vs capitalism
2)Hisotrical war with the west. The west has hostility and is afraid China will retaliate.
It"s a hostile world. It"s not friendship everywhere. |
