If it wasn"t for those "evil, imperialist, white skinned devils" from the US and the UK - Chinese people would be speaking Japanese as would most of Asia! Period!
It"s interesting, when I visited the UK last summer and Canada the year before, those evil, white shinned, imperialist devils couldn"t do enough for me, they were polite, kind and helpful and mindful of my poor english or should I say, Chinglish. I hope a lot of readers can open their minds to regard history as part of a necessary tool to understanding politics.
