I don"t know whether IP: 68.46.13.* is a Chinese or not. But I can tell you that I am a Chinese anywhere I go, and there are more than 1.3 billion living in China and all over the world. The Dalai Lama (His Holiness) is like Osama dressed in religious garb and what he"s doing is exactly what the "Last Emperor" Puyi did; bring in the foreigners against his own countrymen.

| As an American, and an avid reader of history, I am appalled by the lack of simple internet research that would show the historical use of the Dalai Lama"s family, as just part of a much larger historical geopolitical attempt to dismantle the Chinese government. Mackinder of British intelligence, and Major General Karl Haushoffer of German intelligence recruited the Dalai Lama"s family before WW2 as a channel for disruption within China.
