| I believe Amnesty International is neutral because although it attacks China"s record over some issues it also attacks the US and other countries. Amnesty is not controlled by governments, it is a non-governmental organization and says things the way it sees them. It does not try to be popular as it criticizes any government it thinks has done wrong, from Sudan to the UK to Mynamar (Burma). |
