Respect for the law is everyone"s duty in any country. Violators can simply be fined or escorted to the next best flight out of the country.
During the last series of French nuclear tests in Polynesia, a class of Danish schoolchildren arrived in France by train, all wearing T-shirts with the same anti-nuclear slogan. The French border police simply refused them entry and nobody ever made an international issue out of it.
