To show that China is committed to peaceful rise, the central government should condemn violence but support peaceful demonstration. The Central government should show understanding to those who had not seen Tibet but have devoted to Tibetian separatism with a different version presented by Tibetian separatist or individuals with concealed political or whatever agenda.
